Stage Weight: 158lbs
Off Season: 169lbs
How did you get started with bodybuilding lifestyle?
I’ve been into fitness since a child, but have gotten heavily motivated/influenced by seeing a close family member (Ken Silcott) achieving their own goals and decided to become fully involved as well.
Where does your motivation come from?
Mainly, my motivation comes from simply becoming a better me day by day.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
When bulking I try to hit multiple body parts per day and lagging body parts more than once a week. When in the gym, my main agenda is not to lift the heaviest, nor focus of a high number of reps, but to get the best contraction possible.
Tuesday: Back + Tricets
Thursday: Chest + Biceps
Friday: Legs + Back
Saturday: Shoulders + Arms
Sunday: Rest day
If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
If I had to choose 3 exercises, they would have to be squats, deadlifts and bench press.
What is your diet like?
6 out of 7 days of the week all of my meals are clean, I have one planned cheat meal and its used as a post workout meal usually on the day Im working out a lagging body part.
hen trying to cut down do you prefer to use HIIT or just normal cardio?
Due to prior boxing experience during my earlier stages in life I’ve become accustom to using HIIT more often then normal cardio.
What is your supplementation like?
I try to keep my supplement use to a minimum, using Elite XT which is a protien power from dymatize nutrition and creatine from Optimum nutrition.
“You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.”
Which reads to me, always keep your company positive, and better then you at something in your interest.
